Berlin Masters Foundation is pleased and excited to announce the finalists of their 2020 exhibition, on view and open to the public from Wednesday, August 19th until Saturday, August 29th at the Berlin Masters Foundation at Fasanenstraße 28 in Charlottenburg.
This year’s finalists are: Evelyn Benčičová, Billie Clarken, Lena Marie Emrich, Jorinde Fischer, Alice Hauck & Amelie Plümpe, Eric Meier, Manuel Resch & Maximilian Maria Willeit, Fabian Warnsing and Julius Weigel.
The exhibition continues into its 8th year uninterrupted, but in a modified format, prioritizing the safety and health of visitors from the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The finalists include artists up to 30 years of age living, working or studying in Berlin, who have been selected from a pool of applicants via an Open Call which took place earlier in the year. Each finalist will be eligible for the 2020 TOY BERLIN MASTERS AWARD (worth 10.000€) and the BERLIN MASTERS SCHLIEMANN RESIDENCY, held in St Remy de Provence, France. The winners will be announced on the Berlin Masters website on September 17th, 2020.
